Former Senior Associate Dragomir Stefanov was promoted to Partner at Hristov & Partners.
According to the firm, Stefanov played “an instrumental role on some of our largest M&A deals including the acquisition of Fidelis Research by BioIVT (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 7, 2022) and the sale of AIOPSGROUP to Valantic (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 25, 2023).”
Stefanov has been a part of Hristov & Partners since 2016. He joined as a Legal Assistant, became an Associate in 2018, and a Senior Associate in 2021.
