Schoenherr has advised Bank Pekao and Santander Bank Polska on PLN 300 million financing to Eneris Group.
The financing is meant to support the acquisition, expansion, and modernization of various processing facilities of the Eneris Group.
Eneris is a Polish company working for sustainable development. According to Schoenherr, "it shapes the circular economy and promotes the energy transition. It invests in the development of infrastructure and environmental services in industries related to raw material recovery and zero-emission technologies."
The Schoenherr team included Partner Ilona Fedurek, Senior Attorney at Law Piotr Bartos, and Associates Filip Grabowski and Gabriela Chrzanowska.
