Eterna Law has announced the launch of a “P2P" (Person to Person) scholarship program available on a competitive basis for students attending the law faculties of five leading Ukrainian universities.

Eterna Law claims that the program — which includes the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the Yaroslav Mudriy National Law University, the Ivan Franko Lviv National University, the Zaporizhzhya National University, and the Odessa Law Academy National University — "is the first annual scholarship program established by a private law firm.”

The competition, Eterna Law reports, will consist of 3 stages. In the first, participants are asked to write a motivational essay in English on the topic: "I am a successful lawyer: what I have reached and what I plan to achieve to be the best in the profession?” The essay must be prepared and downloaded to the scholarship section of the Eterna Law website before September 30.

In the second stage, 15 finalists will given specialized practical tests on their knowledge of jurisprudence. The third and final phase of the project consists of a personal interview of five best participants with HR-Partner of the firm Oleh Beketov and HR-Director Julia Doroshchuk.

The two winners will receive a scholarship for UAH 1,500 during nine months of the academic year (starting from October) and mentoring support by one of the firm's partners. These two students will also get opportunities for internship and future employment in the firm.

Detailed conditions and regulations of the competition are available on the official page of the competition on “Scholarship” section of the Eterna Law website.
