Cosmin Cretu Joins Act Legal Romania as Partner

Cosmin Cretu has joined Act Legal Romania as a Partner in the firm's White-Collar Defense & Investigations practice.

Before the move, Cretu worked for CMS as a Senior Associate from 2023 to 2025 and as an Associate between 2018 and 2022. From 2022 to 2023, he worked for Dentons as a Senior Associate and, earlier still, for Serban & Asociatii between 2016 and 2018.
