CMS Advises TowerBrook on Sale of AustroCel Hallein to Oji Holdings

CMS has advised TowerBrook Capital Partners on the sale of AustroCel Hallein to Tokyo-based Oji Holdings Corporation. 

The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

AustroCel is an Austrian biorefinery that converts sustainably sourced wood residues into dissolving pulp, advanced bioethanol, and biodegradable, microplastic-free hydrogel granules under a zero-waste circular model. 

TowerBrook is an international investment management firm co-headquartered in London and New York.
