Miriam Broucek has joined Kinstellar's Vienna office as Partner and will head the firm's finance department.
Before the move, Broucek worked for EY Law Austria as a Senior Manager from 2024 to 2025 and for Binder Groesswang as an Attorney at Law from 2023 to 2024. Earlier, she worked as an Attorney at Law for PFR from 2021 to 2023 and for Freshfields from 2014 to 2021. Earlier still, she worked for the Financial Market Authority of Austria from 2009 to 2014.
