Binder Groesswang Advises IBM on Acquisition of Txture in Austria

Binder Groesswang, working with Hogan Lovells, has advised International Business Machines Corporation on the acquisition of Txture.

According to Binder Groesswang, Txture is an Innsbruck-based software company focused on hybrid-cloud migration, modernization, and optimization. The deal will see Txture integrated into IBM’s Consulting Advantage platform to enhance clients’ hybrid-cloud transformations, including through Txture’s automation and recommendation capabilities.

The Binder Groesswang team included Partners Gottfried Gassner, Johannes Barbist, Horst Lukanec, Christian Wimpissinger, Clemens Willvonseder, Regina Kroell, and Stefan Tiefenthaler, Counsels Johannes Bammer, Felix Fuith, Sabine Apfel-Trompeter, and Hellmut Buchroithner, Senior Associate Philipp Schermer, and Associates Florian Kremser, Florian Hoellebauer, Anna Talos, Armin Nimmrichter, and Larissa Wagner.
