E+H has advised EnerCube on its financing round and the framework partnership agreement with Vonovia. Cerha Hempel reportedly advised Vonovia.
According to E+H, EnerCube, founded in 2023, develops prefabricated, modular heat-pump systems designed to decarbonize heating and hot-water supply in multi-family residential buildings. The outdoor-installable systems are intended as an alternative to fossil-fuel-based heating solutions and enable serial replacement of existing heating infrastructure. The investment and partnership with Vonovia will support the further development and scaling of EnerCube’s technology, contributing to the reduction of fossil fuel use in the residential real estate sector and aligning with EU decarbonization objectives.
The E+H team included Partner Steve Jeitler, Attorney at Law Susanna Falkenburg, and Associates Florian Vidreis and Adrian Walser.
