Wolf Theiss and Cobalt, working with Baer & Karrer, has advised SK Capital LP on its acquisition of Swixx BioPharma Holding in a transaction valuing the company at over EUR 1.5 billion. Walder Wyss reportedly advised Swixx BioPharma.
According to Wolf Theiss, SK Capital is a New York-based private investment firm focused on life sciences, specialty materials, and ingredients, managing approximately USD 10 billion in assets. Swixx BioPharma operates in 45 countries across Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East, and Latin America and is one of the fastest-growing independent biopharma commercialization platforms serving underserved and hard-to-reach markets.
