Partners Felix Kernbichler and Thomas Mollnhuber have established the Law & Strategy law firm in Austria.
The firm will "advise founders, companies, and investors across the full lifecycle, from formation and financings to growth, strategic transactions, and exits," according to Kernbichler.
Prior to joining forces with Mollnhuber, Kernbichler worked in private practice since 2022. Earlier, he worked for Herbst Kinsky as an Associate from 2017 to 2020 and as an Attorney at Law from 2020 to 2022.
As for Mollnhuber, he worked for Freshfields as an Associate from 2017 to 2022 and as a Principal Associate from 2022 to 2025. Earlier, he worked for McKinsey as an Associate from 2016 to 2017 and as a Senior Associate in 2017.
