Baker McKenzie Advises Fintech-IT Group on UMAEF-Led Investment Round

Baker McKenzie has advised Fintech-IT Group on an investment round led by the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund, valuing the company at over USD 1 billion. 

According to Baker McKenzie, UMAEF becomes Fintech-IT Group’s first financial investor and is joined by a consortium of American private investors. Fintech-IT Group develops integrated software for digital banking and e-commerce and is the technology provider behind Monobank.

The Baker McKenzie team included Managing Partner Viacheslav Yakymchuk, Counsel Alyona Bon, and Associates Mykyta Stebliuk and Oleksandr Savvi.
