Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Accession Capital Partners on its mezzanine and minority investment in Polmed, alongside INVL Private Equity Fund II and the International Finance Corporation. DZP advised the sellers of Kliniki Neuroradiochirurgii, the sale of which is supported by the financing. Hogan Lovells reportedly advised IFC as well. Baker McKenzie reportedly advised INVL. Kycia Legal and CMS reportedly advised the senior lenders. MJH Legal reportedly advised Polmed and the sponsors.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

According to Norton Rose, the investment will support Polmed's growth strategy, including the planned acquisition of Kliniki Neuroradiochirurgii.
According to DZP, Kliniki Neuroradiochirurgii is a recognised entity on the Polish market, specialising in cancer treatment and advanced brain radiosurgery.
