CMS has advised Geosolar Kamenyak on putting the 75-megawatt Kamenyak PV project into operation and obtaining permission for it from the Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.
According to CMS, the construction of the first stage of the project, located in Shumen Municipality, is completed, and it is expected that the second stage will be completed by the end of 2025.
Earlier this year, CMS advised Geosolar Kamenyak on the licensing of the Kamenyak PV project (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 15, 2025).
The CMS team included Managing Partner Kostadin Sirleshtov, Partner Borislava Piperkova, and Senior Associates Elena Yotova-Yordanova and Viktoriya Toneva.
