Djingov Gouginski Kyutchukov & Velichkov has advised Hercesa International on the acquisition of a new greenfield residential development site in Sofia.
According to DGKV, the acquisition paves the way for the construction of approximately 240 residential units and reaffirms the Spanish developer’s long-term commitment to the Bulgarian real estate market. Hercesa International is a real estate group with over 45 years of experience and an extensive international portfolio spanning Spain, Bulgaria, Portugal, Czechia, Romania, Morocco, Mexico, Panama, and Ecuador.
