Boyanov & Co has successfully represented the Bulgarian nitrogen fertilizer producer Neochim in litigation against a natural gas supplier.
According to Boyanov & Co, the dispute, initiated in 2023, concerned a substantial monetary claim relating to natural gas volumes that Neochim did not accept due to force majeure circumstances. The supplier had failed to refund the corresponding amounts, leading to court proceedings. On December 22, 2025, the case concluded in Neochim's favor at the third and final court instance, securing a definitive outcome.
