Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov has promoted Ivan Punev to Partner and Nikolai Gouginski to Co-Managing Partner of the firm, alongside Zdravka Ugrinova.
Punev is a member of the firm’s corporate department, focusing on tax, employment, and mobility matters. He has been with DGKV since 2012, when he joined as a Trainee. He was promoted to Junior Associate in 2015, to Associate in 2017, to Senior Associate in 2018, and to Counsel in 2024.
Gouginski heads the firm's Competition & Antitrust practice and co-heads the Banking & Finance practice. He succeeds one of the firm's Founding Partners, Stephan Kyutchukov. Gouginski has been with DGKV since 1999, when he joined as a Senior Associate. He was promoted to Partner in 2003.
