Kinstellar has advised TSH Investment on the acquisition of Mall Plovdiv from Avestus Capital Partners. CMS advised the sellers.
TSH Investment is a joint venture between real estate investment companies Trinity Capital and HUS Invest.
According to Kinstellar, Mall Plovdiv is the first modern shopping and entertainment center in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The transaction involved the divestment of the existing retail asset together with a framework enabling the planned construction of a new, purpose-built development on the underlying land plot.
The Kinstellar team included Partner Antonia Mavrova, Counsel Atanas Mihaylov, Senior Associates Nikolay Gergov and Ivelina Atanasova, and Junior Associates Antonio Dafinov and Nikoleta Ivanova.
