Sophie Dughashvili has joined Rustavi Azot Indorama as Chief Legal Officer.
Dughashvili has 15 years of experience in legal management. Previously, she worked as Chief Legal Officer at Eurocredit from 2020 to 2023. Earlier, she held the position of Head of the Legal Department at the Georgian Lottery Company between 2012 and 2019, after initially joining the company as a Legal Advisor in 2011. Between 2012 and 2016, she also served as Chief Legal Officer for the State-Owned Company Anaklia. Prior to that, she was Chief Lawyer at Energy Service between 2008 and 2011. Dughashvili also worked as a Legal Consultant on biomass fuel production and utilization for UNDP in 2013 and 2014.
Alongside her corporate career, Dughashvili has also served as a Certified Court Mediator since 2017 and chaired the Ethics Commission of the Mediators Association of Georgia between 2021 and 2025. She also serves as a USAID-certified trainer and has held academic positions at Alte University, European University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and the International Black Sea University, lecturing in legal negotiations, business law, corporate law, and banking law since 2018.
