Hogan Lovells and Gvelebiani Advise Government of Georgia on USD 6 Billion Urban Development Partnership with Eagle Hills

Hogan Lovells, working with Gvelebiani, has advised the Government of Georgia on a USD 6 billion urban development partnership with UAE-based developer Eagle Hills. Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Dentons reportedly advised Eagle Hills.

According to Hogan Lovells, the partnership marks the largest foreign direct investment in Georgia’s history. The partnership encompasses two major sustainable urban development projects in Tbilisi and Batumi.

The Hogan Lovells team included Georgia-based Lawyer Victoria Bunturi and further lawyers in Germany.

The Gvelebiani team included Partner Jaba Gvelebiani.
