The submission phase for the CEE Deal of the Year Awards is complete, with voting currently underway by our country panel jurors.
Eligible Deals for 2025
CEE Legal Matters received 301 submissions for the 23 Deals of the Year Awards for 2025. Based on all these submissions, a total of 253 deals are eligible for one or (in some cases) multiple awards this year.
The full list of nominated deals is published here. The list of nominated deals was not included for jurisdictions with 3 or fewer eligible submissions (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Greece, and Montenegro), as those are automatically shortlisted and will be announced on January 30.
Awards Banquet & Winners Announcement
The winners of the 2025 Deals of the Year award in each country will be announced at the annual CEELM Deal of the Year Awards Banquet scheduled for May 27, 2026, in Bucharest.

CEE General Counsel Summit
Continuing a three-year tradition, the awards gala will be held alongside the CEE General Counsel Summit, scheduled for May 27-28, 2026, in Bucharest.
