Gide Advises B&B Hotels on Sale and Leaseback Transaction with MNK Partners

Gide has advised B&B Hotels on a sale and leaseback transaction involving a portfolio of two hotels located in Wroclaw and Katowice with MNK Partners. CMS reportedly advised MNK Partners.

According to Gide, B&B Hotels will remain the operator of both assets under long-term lease agreements. The structure ensures operational continuity for B&B Hotels, supported by fixed 20-year leases, and forms part of the group’s broader European expansion strategy.

The Gide team included Partner Blazej Czwarnok, Counsel Rafal Osetek, and Associate Michal Wisniewski.
