CMS Advises Trigea Real Estate Fund on Wola Center Acquisition and EUR 73 Million Financing

CMS has advised Trigea Real Estate Fund on the acquisition of the Wola Center office building in Warsaw, as well as on securing EUR 73 million in acquisition financing from Santander Bank Polska. Gide Loyrette Nouel reportedly advised Santander Bank Polska.

According to CMS, the Wola Center office complex, located at 33 Przyokopowa Street, is a class-A office property comprising approximately 31,000 square meters of leasable space. As part of the transaction, the financing from Santander Bank Polska also included PLN 120 million to finance part of the VAT related to the purchase price.
