DLA Piper and CMS Advise on Iberdola's Sale of Wind Farm Portfolio to Premier Energy and Igtech

DLA Piper has advised Ig Tech CC on its acquisition of Iberdola's Hungarian wind farm portfolio with Premier Energy. CMS advised Iberdola.

According to DLA Piper, with a total installed capacity of 158 megawatts, the transaction represents the largest wind power deal ever completed in Hungary.

The DLA Piper team included Partner Gabor Simon and Managing Director Aron Kovaloczy.

The CMS team included Partners Aniko Kircsi, Gabor Czike, Peter Simon, and Szabolcs Szendro, Senior Counsel Zoltan Poronyi, and Senior Associates Szabina Marsi, Peter Deak, and Aranka Nagy.
