Stijacic Sostaric has advised Arsano Medical Group, a portfolio company of Provectus Capital Partners, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Prima Nova from Damir Todoric. Sole practitioner Ana Manola reportedly advised the seller.
Prima Nova is a healthcare institution active in occupational and sports medicine. According to Stijacic Sostaric, the transaction marks a significant step in Arsano Medical Group’s growth strategy, supporting the expansion of its specialist healthcare services.
