Rowan Legal has advised Czech Railways on the sale of land in the southern section of Prague’s Zizkov freight station complex to Sekyra Group. Havel & Partners advised the buyer.
According to Rowan Legal, the redevelopment will transform a substantial brownfield site in central Prague into a vibrant residential neighborhood with the capacity to accommodate over 6,000 inhabitants. The project will include green areas, retail spaces, and essential civic amenities while preserving the original station building as a distinctive architectural and cultural landmark.
