Milan Sivy Joins Havel & Partners as Partner

Milan Sivy has joined Havel & Partners as a Partner.

Sivy focuses his work on M&A, private equity, and corporate law. Before the move, he worked for Excelia Legal as a Partner from 2024 to 2025. Earlier, he worked for PRK Partners as a Senior Associate from 2019 to 2024 and for Skils as an Associate in 2019. Earlier still, he worked for Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a Paralegal from 2009 to 2011, a Junior Associate from 2011 to 2014, and an Associate from 2014 to 2019.

“Mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate law, and asset protection and structuring services are among the strategic practice areas of our law firm," said Managing Partner Jaroslav Havel.
