Janka Brezaniova Joins Wolf Theiss as Partner

Janka Brezaniova has joined Wolf Theiss as a Partner in the firm's Prague office. 

At Wolf Theiss, Brezaniova will be part of the firm's Corporate/M&A team. Before the move, she worked for Taylor Wessing as a Senior Associate from 2018 to 2019 and as a Partner from 2019 to 2025. Earlier, she worked as a Senior Associate for JSK from 2016 to 2018 and for Clifford Chance from 2007 to 2016. Earlier still, she worked for Linklaters as a Paralegal from 2001 to 2003, a Junior Associate from 2003 to 2006, and as an Associate from 2006 to 2007.

“Janka is a highly respected Corporate/M&A specialist whose experience and strategic approach will further strengthen our transactional capabilities in the Czech market," said Partner Jitka Logesova.
