Dentons has advised EP Equity Investment on its acquisition of Aures Holdings from Abris Capital Partners.
Aures Holdings is a Central European used-car dealership group operating under the AAA Auto, Mototechna, and Auto Diskont brands in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.
According to Dentons, EP Equity Investments is the investment platform of Czech entrepreneur Daniel Kretinsky. Following the completion of the transaction, EP Equity Investment has acquired full control of Aures Holdings.
