Kinstellar has advised Mitiska REIM on the sale of Retail Park Strakonicka in Ceske Budejovice to the Fio Real Estate Fund for EUR 22.2 million. Wilsons reportedly advised the Fio Real Estate Fund.
According to Kinstellar, the transaction concludes a value-add redevelopment project that Mitiska REIM originally acquired in December 2022 on behalf of the FRI 2 fund, in partnership with Asset Services. Anchored by an Albert supermarket, other tenants include Action, TEDi, DM Drogerie Markt, KIK Textil, GATE, PLANEO, BOELS, and Dr. Max.
The Kinstellar team included Partner Klara Stepankova, Managing Associate Martin Holub, and Junior Associate Dominik Sevcu.
