Havel & Partners has advised the Prague City Hall on the preparation and negotiation of two land use planning agreements relating to the development of the Na Jelenach area in the Prague 11 borough. According to Havel & Partners, the planning agreements were approved by the Prague City Assembly in autumn 2025. The mandate concerned the structuring and negotiation of separate agreements with different investors, reflecting the ownership structure of the land. The negotiations were conducted in line with the city-wide Methodology for Investor Contributions to the Development of the Capital of Prague and the applicable model land use planning agreements. Under the agreements, the investors undertook commitments with a total value exceeding CZK 328 million. Key elements include the construction of a new nursery school with a capacity of 200 places, to be transferred to the administration of Prague 11 borough, as well as the development of a cycle path within the project area.
