Dentons Advises Manova Partners on Lease with Lidl for Relocation to Waltrovka’s Aviatica Building in Prague

Dentons has advised Manova Partners on a long-term lease agreement with Lidl Ceska Republika for the relocation of Lidl’s regional headquarters to the Aviatica building within the Waltrovka office complex in Prague. Schoenherr reportedly advised Lidl.

According to Dentons, the new premises will comprise approximately 11,000 square metres of office space.

The Dentons team included Partner Monika Kajankova, Counsels Tomas Kvapil and Lukas Poulik, and Associate Jan Blazek.
