Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Redport Capital on its EUR 3.2 million acquisition of over one hectare of land in the Petrom City area from Havi Logistics. Musat & Asociatii reportedly advised Havi.

According to PNSA, the acquired area spans “10,800 square meters of land and 4,700 square meters of warehouses. The land and related warehouses are located in the vicinity of The Level Apartments, a residential project developed by Redport Capital in the north of Bucharest, in the Petrom City area.”
"We are continuing the investments in an area that we practically bet on first, in 2017, by starting the first phase of The Level Apartments,” Redport group Managing Director and majority shareholder Cosmin Savu-Cristescu commented. “We have thus acquired a new property, which will strengthen the position of the Redport group in the market, offering us new opportunities for long-term development, through which we will ensure solid returns for our partners and investors.”
In 2022, PNSA advised Redport Capital and Mobexpert on the acquisition of a 44,000 square-meter plot near Petrom City from OMV Petrom (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 15, 2022).
