Schoenherr Advises Basic-Fit on Acquisition of Clever Fit

Schoenherr, working with Hogan Lovells, has advised Dutch-based fitness operator Basic-Fit on its acquisition of Clever Fit in Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia.

According to Schoenherr, Basic-Fit operates more than 1650 gym clubs across six countries, serving more than 4.7+ million members. Clever Fit has approximately 1 million members and a footprint across seven countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Romania, Croatia, and the Czech Republic.
