Squire Patton Boggs and EY Law Advise on Sale of Johnny Servis to Enygea Group

Squire Patton Boggs has advised the shareholders of Johnny Servis on the sale of the company and its subsidiaries in Slovakia and Austria to Enygea Group. Alister Avocats and EY Law advised Enygea Group.

According to Squire Patton Boggs, the transaction covers the entire Johnny Servis group, a provider of mobile sanitation units, fencing, containers, and related equipment for rent and sale across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria. Founded in 1996, Johnny Servis is a family-owned business operating a fleet of more than 10,000 units and employing about 140 people.

Enygea Group, founded in 2007, focuses on hygiene services for construction and events.

The Squire Patton Boggs team included Partner Radek Janecek, Of Counsel Marek Hrubes, and Associates Aneta Koubkova, Katarina Ottova, and Adriana Pavlovicova.
