BDK Advokati has advised Vet Planet Clinic on the acquisition of Pet‑Vet Care, a Belgrade-based animal healthcare institution. Mikijelj, Jankovic & Bogdanovic reportedly advised the seller.
According to BDK Advokati, Vet Planet Clinic forms part of Provectus Capital Partners, a South-Eastern European private equity firm with an established investment track record in human healthcare, dental services, and veterinary clinics.
The BDK Advokati team included Senior Partner Vladimir Dasic, Senior Associate Marija Gligorevic, and Junior Associate Petar Eric.
