Gide has advised Hines on the sale of the Wola Center office complex in Warsaw to Trigea Real Estate Fund. CMS advised Trigea Real Estate Fund.
According to Gide, the Wola Center is a Class A office building located at 33 Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw's CBD West and offers 35,430 square metres of space. The office building is completely leased.
The Gide team included Counsel Rafal Osetek and Associates Michal Wisniewski and Aleksandra Kobylinska-Szopinska.
