Dentons Advises Swiss Life Select Slovensko on Acquisition of MPS

Dentons has advised Swiss Life Select Slovensko on its acquisition of Slovak independent financial agent MPS Modern Insurance Services. Boehm Partners reportedly advised MPS.

According to Dentons, the deal advances Swiss Life Select’s expansion strategy in Slovakia and strengthens its financial intermediation offering. Swiss Life Select Slovensko focuses on financial planning across asset management, investments, mortgages, life insurance, and pensions. MPS adds non-life insurance expertise, including property cover for SMEs, insurance for towns and municipalities, and large industrial risk solutions, broadening the portfolio for corporate and individual clients.
