Clifford Chance has advised Hillwood Poland on the acquisition of two fully leased industrial and logistics parks from Deka Immobilien in Upper Silesia, Poland, in a transaction valued at approximately EUR 100 million. Dentons advised Deka Immobilien.
According to Hillwood, the portfolio comprises Industrial Park Bierun of approximately 56,000 square meters on a 12-hectare site within a Special Economic Zone and Industrial Park Tychy covering approximately 97,000 square meters across seven halls on a 17.7-hectare plot. Both assets are fully occupied and benefit from established roads, parking, and technical infrastructure.
The parks were a part of the portfolio of Deka’s open-ended real estate fund WestInvest InterSelect (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters, on November 5, 2025).
