Sorainen has advised Adole Invest on the sale of three companies to TKM Grupp.
According to Sorainen, as a result of the transaction, ownership of Rohe Auto, SKO Motors, and a real estate holding company to be established prior to closing will transfer to TKM Grupp. Rohe Auto and SKO Motors are Skoda dealers operating in Tallinn and Harju County, providing vehicle sales, maintenance, and repair services, as well as retail and wholesale distribution of spare parts and accessories. The companies also operate in the used-car segment and offer commission-based car sales services.
Moreover, Sorainen reports that Adole Invest will remain active in the automotive sector through its wider group, which includes Auto 100, the official importer of Skoda vehicles into Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, as well as the representation of Porsche in Estonia and official sales and after-sales partnerships for Bentley Motors and Automobili Lamborghini. The group is also engaged in car rental services and body repair operations.
