Baker McKenzie has advised Statech on its acquisition of Sico Rent. Eversheds Sutherland advised the sellers.

Sico Rent is a Czech-based construction machinery rental company.
Statech is part of the Quva investment group operating across Europe under the Mateco brand.

The Baker McKenzie team included Partner Tomas Skoumal, Senior Associates Michal Simcina and Michal Malkovsky, and Senior Tax Advisor Eliska Kominkova.
