Eversheds Sutherland Advises VivInvest Management on Acquisition of Prague Development Project

Eversheds Sutherland has advised VivInvest Management on the acquisition of a development project located on the eastern outskirts of Prague.

According to Eversheds Sutherland, the project is planned to comprise more than 170 residential and non-residential units. The transaction marks the second phase of a larger development.

The Eversheds Sutherland team included Partner Pavel Kropacek, Senior Associate Michal Schejbal, and Associate Pavel Svoboda.
