Eversheds Sutherland has advised Raiffeisen Real Estate Fund on the acquisition of Immomarket-1. Felix reportedly advised the sellers.

Immomarket-1 is the owner of the Stribrny Dvur retail park in Havlickuv Brod, Czech Republic

According to Eversheds Sutherland, the asset comprises 12 retail units.
