Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised Jumbo on its acquisition of Herald 2 from Eurobank.
According to Zepos & Yannopoulos, Herald 2 is the owner of the Veso Mare shopping center in Greece. The transaction, structured as a share deal, concerns the Veso Mare retail complex situated on the coastal road Akti Dimeon in Patras.
The Zepos & Yannopoulos team included Partners Stefanos Charaktiniotis and Danai Falconaki and Associates Rania Koliouli and Elisavet Tsitsioka.
