Former Andersen Legal Partner and Head of the Banking, Finance, and Capital Markets Katerina Simopoulou has left the firm to launch Simopoulou Legal & Compliance.
According to Simopoulou, the new firm will focus on the financial sector, including banking, finance, and insurance.
Before setting up Simopoulou Legal & Compliance, Simopoulou worked for Andersen Legal from 2020 to 2025. Earlier, she worked at Credit Suisse as a Vice President from 2014 to 2019. Earlier still, she worked at Eurobank as an In-House Counsel from 2002 to 2014.
