CMS has advised Revetas Capital on the sale of its Park Center retail portfolio in Hungary to Granit Asset Management. Kinstellar advised Granit Asset Management via MPT Real Estate Fund.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
According to CMS, the transaction covers a portfolio comprising eight retail parks and four single-tenant retail assets located in regional cities across Hungary, with a combined gross leasable area of approximately 45,000 square meters. The properties are nearly fully leased and host a mix of international and regional tenants, including C&A, Deichmann, Intersport, and McDonald’s.
