Kinstellar has advised Conexio on the sale of a telecommunications infrastructure asset in Serbia to EXA Infrastructure.

According to Kinstellar, the asset comprises an approximately 860-kilometer metro network aligned with Serbia’s main highway corridors. It links Belgrade, Nis, and Novi Sad to the borders with Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, and North Macedonia, where it

interconnects with major carriers, providing short, low-latency border-to-border routes.

Earlier in 2025, Kinstellar advised on A1 Srbija's acquisition of Conexio Metro (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 14, 2025).

The Kinstellar team included Belgrade-based Partner Radovan Grbovic, Managing Associate Mario Kijanovic, and Associates Vuk Vuckovic and Pavle Puaca.

Kinstellar could not have provided more information on the matter.
