Kinstellar and Schoenherr Advise on Integral Capital Group's Acquisition of Calla Clinic

Kinstellar has advised Integral Capital Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Calla Clinic, via Integral’s portfolio company Embryos. Schoenherr advised the sellers.

Calla Clinic is an in vitro fertilisation clinic based in Oradea, Romania.

According to Kinstellar, the transaction forms part of Embryos’ regional expansion plan in the fertility services sector. In 2025, the group opened a satellite clinic in Buzau and completed the acquisition of Adella Clinic in Sofia, Bulgaria. Integral Capital Group acquired a majority stake in Embryos in February 2025. Embryos is now among the largest IVF networks in Romania, with a focus on high-quality reproductive healthcare.
