Schoenherr has advised Enery on the acquisition of a 32-asset operational photovoltaic portfolio in Slovakia with a combined capacity of 34.6 megawatts from ContourGlobal and Energy Infrastructure Partners. Eversheds Sutherland advised ContourGlobal. Kinstellar reportedly advised on the matter as well.

The Schoenherr team included Partners Sona Hekelova and Michal Lucivjansky, Counsels Peter Devinsky and Zuzana Hnatova, Attorney at Law Jan Farbiak, and Associate Jakub Kurila.

The Eversheds Sutherland team included Austria-based Partner Aurelius Freytag and Legal Director Sebastian Borer and Slovakia-based Managing Partner Bernhard Hager, Senior Associates Filip Kozon and Simona Makuchova, and Associates Martina Ovečkova and Veronika Gazurikova.
