Kinstellar Advises Max Aicher Group on Sale of 23-Hectare CUG-Site Property in Cluj-Napoca

Kinstellar has advised the Max Aicher Group on the sale of a property within the former Combinatul de Utilaj Greu industrial estate in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, to local developer Hexagon Group. Popovici, Nitu, Stoica si Asociatii reportedly advised Hexagon Group.

According to Kinstellar, the asset comprises approximately 23 hectares of industrial land held through a special purpose vehicle of Max Aicher Group. Hexagon Group plans to redevelop the site into a modern mixed-use project.
