Kinstellar has advised Cemex on the acquisition of two mining areas in the Czech Republic. 

Cemex is a building materials group.

According to Kinstellar, the transaction further strengthens Cemex's local raw materials base and supports its long-term operations in the country.

The Kinstellar Prague-based team included Partners Petr Hrncir and Ludek Chvosta, Counsel Michal Janicek, Managing Associate Matej Bolek, and Associate Matej Korduliak.
